Morris County Storm Update: Expect Increased Snow Through Early Evening

Office of Emergency Management circular logo(JPG, 17KB)Current forecast data shows the peak of the storm is approaching our area.

We anticipate that we will see an increased snow intensity throughout the afternoon and evening, with the peak of the storm reaching our area between NOW and 7 p.m.

During this time, we will likely see one-to-two inches per hour snowfall rates, with the potential for two-to-three inches per hour.

In addition, current forecast data indicates that we may experience white-out conditions, with the possibility of well over One Foot of snow across the county, and the potential for up to 16-inches in some areas.

We continue to be operational at the Morris County Emergency Management's Emergency Operations Center throughout the duration of this storm.
