Morris Prosecutor: Fatal Crash in Long Hill Township

Morris County Prosecutor's logo(, 0B)Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Long Hill Police Chief Michael Mazzeo confirm that a fatal motor vehicle crash occurred on June 11 in Long Hill.

On June 11, at about 4 p.m., Long Hill police were notified of a serious motor vehicle crash that occurred in the area of 342 Valley Road. It was determined that two motor vehicles, a car and a motorcycle, had been involved in a motor vehicle crash.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing. As such, no additional information will be released at this time.

Numerous law enforcement agencies have been involved in this investigation, including the Long Hill Police Department, the Morris County Sheriff's Office €“ Criminal Investigation Section, and the Major Crimes Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
