Morris Prosecutor: Mt. Olive Teacher Charged with Stalking a Student

An investigation disclosed that between 2017 and May, 2019, the defendant, who was employed as a teacher at the high school, had stalked a student and committed acts that constituted a course of alarming conduct, both inside and outside of the school.

The defendant was charged by with Stalking, a fourth-degree crime, and Harassment, which is a petty disorderly persons offense.

Mr. Tung will be committed to the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a detention hearing in Superior Court.
