JCP&L Restoration Update
(JPG, 8KB)Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) has completed restoration efforts to more than 138,000 of the customers that were affected by this week's severe storms.
Restoration to the remaining 3,900 customers is expected to be completed by tonight.
Customers remaining out of service are in areas that sustained the most damage.
Water and ice will remain available to customers at participating retailers until all restoration efforts are concluded.

JCP&L thanks customers for their patience as it works to safely complete restoration.
Please note: JCP&L reminds customers experiencing an individual outage to be aware that if there is damage to their electrical equipment, repairs by an electrician and an inspection may be required before service can be restored.
