Home Delivered Meals

Are you interested in receiving Home-Delivered Meals?

Home Delivered Meals provides five (5) weekly nutritious meals delivered to seniors home. Meals may be hot, frozen, or a shelf stable. Meals are provided at no cost. Donations are accepted; suggested donation is $2.00 per meal.

Step 1.Complete a pre-screening to determine eligibility.

Please answer the following (4) questions:

  • Are you a Morris County resident?
  • Are you at least 60 years old and disabled?
  • Are you homebound?
  • Are you not always physically able to shop, cook and/or feed yourself?

Step 2.Fill out the Consumer Registration Form

If you answered yes to the above questions, please complete the consumer registration form.                    

Step 3.Next Steps

You will be contacted by a staff member to complete a Nutrition Assessment within three business days.

If eligible, it can take up to seven business days after the Nutrition Assessment for meal delivery to begin.

Step 4.Reassessment 

A reassessment is completed every 6 months to verify continued eligibility

A representative will complete an initial registration and nutrition assessment.

Step 2.Visit our office

Visit us at 340 West Hanover Ave., Morristown, during our office hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm).

Ask a representative at the front desk to speak to a Nutrition Representative, who will help you in the screening and application process.

Note: Due to specific dietary guidelines, we cannot accept donations of food/meals.
