Beginning Monday, July 21, lane closures will occur along West Hanover Avenue between Koch Avenue and the Morris County Public Safety Complex for expansion and improvement work on sewer, water and other utility lines. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday next week, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting. One lane will be open in each direction to accommodate eastbound and westbound traffic.
