Family Housing Complexes

Randolph

Bennett Avenue, built in 1989, is located on Bennett Avenue and Franklin Road in Randolph. The complex has 32 housing units consisting of one, two and three bedroom units. It also has some units that are handicap accessible.

Rockaway Township

The Green Pond Village Complex is located on Green Pond Road in Rockaway. The complex was built in 1990 and has 40 housing units consisting of one, two and three bedroom units, some of which are handicap accessible.

Denville

Peer Place, located on a picturesque mountain top in the Township of Denville, was completed in May of 2003. The three-bedroom townhouse design complex has 57 units, some of which are handicap accessible. There is a Community Center and a Day Care Center on the site.  The Day Care Center is administered by NORWESCAP.
