Step 1.During Business Hours (M-F, 8:30AM-4:30PM)

Call our Homeless Intake Line at 973-829-8264. You'll be connected to a Social Worker for an assessment of eligible housing services. We will guide you to  appropriate housing resources and guidance you need to become self-sufficient.

Please note: If you are currently working with a Social Worker but cannot contact or identify that worker, please call 973-829-8264 for assistance.

There's a very high volume of incoming calls, so you might be instructed to leave a message. Please tell us your name, your case number (if you have one), and a brief description of why you're calling. If you’re having an emergency housing need, we’ll get back to you by the end of the day.

Step 2.Afterhours, Weekdays, and Holidays

  1. Call 2-1-1
  2. Select prompt for “Currently Homeless”
  3. Enter “MOR” for Morris County.

You'll be connected with a Call Specialist for an assessment of eligible housing services. They will guide you to the appropriate housing resources you need to become self-sufficient.
